Principal and Creative Director Alexandra Rembac is the heart and visionary soul behind the Los Angeles-based event design and production firm, Sterling Engagements, which she founded in 2005.
As an award-winning event designer, producer, and community organizer, Alexandra fulfills her passion for bringing people together and curating experiences that honor and celebrate clients’ most important moments with purpose, heart, integrity, sophistication, and magic.
As she celebrates the firm’s 17th year in April, Alexandra produces innovative live experiences worldwide that immerse guests in captivating environments down to the very last detail. Her most notable productions include award show after-parties, brand activations, destination weddings, product and label launches, intimate birthday celebrations, corporate conferences, and nonprofit galas.
Known for pushing past limitations with cutting-edge design and an unparalleled aesthetic, she consistently transforms clients’ visions into breathtaking realities each and every time.

She consistently strives to create ways for the event industry to give back and raise awareness for a variety of causes– from planning events, activations, and community gatherings, to empowering clients and colleagues to incorporate sustainability into their own events.
